He should be able to plan / schedule, execute and lead the team. Sub-contractor management, clients / consultants coordination for approvals. Ensure execution within the budgeted manpower / time / cost, etc. The ability to prioritize and ensure billing submission and payment follow-ups. Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports are prepared / reviewed / submitted. Able to deliver the project in a safe and quality manner.
